We shall personally verify the accuracy of your documentation and send you the relevant templates within the established deadlines, providing you with a copy of the submitted intra-EU VAT declarations, blacklists, excise duties registers and declarations of intent.

Declaration of intent
Our service targets all regular exporters who intend to purchase or import goods without applying VAT:
- we complete and electronically submit your declarations of intent to the Inland Revenue
- we file the electronic confirmation of receipt of the submitted documents
- we provide you with a confirmation of receipt for the declaration of intent issued by the Inland Revenue, which you must deliver to the customs or to your supplier, together with the declaration.

With Invoice NoProblem, NordOvest shall, on your behalf:
- Create and sign your sales invoices
- Forward them to the SDI (Interchange System) and check the feedback (rejected/not received/received)
- Notify your transferees if the invoice was not received and then send them a courtesy copy
- File your sales invoices and their receipts at an AGID accredited private storage facility
- File your supplier invoices
- Create customised access channels for the semi-automatic exchange of sales and supplier invoicing flows
- Dematerialise all your documentation with the preparation or adaptation of a Document Management System that allows you to quickly search for your documents
