As regards the electronic excise duty obligations, we are able to:
- Upload, manage and transmit the daily/periodic handling data concerning alcoholic products, lubricating oils and asphalts.
- Maintain electronic annual registers for the factories
- Check the validity of the excise duty codes, the amount of taxes due and transport guarantees
- Receive and manage the goods at the depots with reintroduction within the fiscal depot
- Enter and manage all data required to compile the outgoing EAD, with automatic signing of data to be sent to customs
- Submit applications to customs relating to the checking/closure of EADs using transit customs forms
- Submit customs applications for the validation of annual excise duty registers
- Request credentials to access the Customs electronic system (CES) and renewal of such credentials
- Renew “Keystore.P12 “ signature certificates
Declaration of intent
Our service targets all regular exporters who intend to purchase or import goods without applying VAT:
- we complete and electronically submit your declarations of intent to the Inland Revenue
- we file the electronic confirmation of receipt of the submitted documents
- we provide you with a confirmation of receipt for the declaration of intent issued by the Inland Revenue, which you must deliver to the customs or to your supplier, together with the declaration.
